| REASON FOR THE TRADE - BACKGROUND |
|
The day begins with the publication of the Trade of the Day (TOD) trading
plan about 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to the market open.
This gives you ample time to review
the plan and digest 2 or 3 key 'action' points necessary to successfully implement
the trade. You will then personally meet with Bob and the other traders in the
Trading Lab about 15 minutes before the market opens to review the plan and mark
the key points and techniques of the entry, management, and exit into clear
focus before the trade is activated. After understanding each trade's
BACKGROUND and the WHY, which was previously mentioned as the
first principle of Bob's trading ...you will have many COMPELLING REASONS to
continue confidently with the trade regardless of the stock's direction.
An equally crucial aspect of the trade is the JOURNEY, that is,
the amount the stock price is likely to move in a day. Bob does not believe in trying
to predict the stock's future, so he trades the journey rather than the destination,
enabling him to quickly and consistently take small profits which are used to
make a living. In addition, structuring the trade with stop losses as a function of the
average daily stock price range is unique to Bob, and is designed to limit your risk while
allowing your profits to run to the upside which is the second of two important trading
principles you'll be taught to use! What Bob teaches enables you to control the emotions
which usually guide the decisions of most new traders and even seasoned traders, and ultimately
fuels most of their trading mistakes.

Explore the HOW of the trade - GETTING IN!
Once you understand the WHY of the trade,
Bob gives you the specific steps to be taken and reviews with you the ORDER that will be executed.
Of vital importance to new or aspiring traders is how they get in and what they should do while they're
IN the trade. Again, you'll receive very specific guidance on implementing the trade or the GETTING IN section
of the plan.
Defense and Management once you are in the Trade.
Once you're IN the trade, you must objectively understand the stock performance
and patterns. As Bob will explain, most of the more common trading errors arise from
the EMOTION (fear / greed) so keenly felt by newer traders. These feelings
can often cause you to do exactly the opposite of what you should do in any given trade.
To help encourage you and keep you on track, Bob spells out in very great detail the
DEFENSE and MANAGING THE TRADE, correcting MOST mistakes before they
become 'UNFIXABLE'!

You are shown the EXIT before you ever get IN ... Utilizing STOP LOSSES
to minimize losses and eventually TRAILING STOPS until the EXIT ...its very elegant
in their simplicity yet POWERFUL in their application!! Bob learned early in his
trading experience to control his emotional reactions by setting in place a system which
insures that the market takes him out when it's ready! This simple technique has induced an
incredible CONSISTENCY to his profits and stability to his income!
THE OPENING BELL
The FUN really begins when the market opens and
Bob leads everyone through the open, pointing out that instant in time
when the stock CONFIRMS it's direction and gives his 'go-ahead'
to get in. Using a text based dialogue module, you're given the precise
moment to enter the trade in CLEAR, CONCISE, unmistakable INSTRUCTIONS!

From this point on, Bob leads you step by step through placing your stop
losses and then moving them to trailing stops when your traded stock becomes
